Because even the strongest minds can lose their way in the pursuit of perfection, achievement, or societal expectations. I know this journey intimately — as a woman, a mother, a Latin American migrant, PhD (c) and teacher in Computer Science, navigating life and leadership in Germany's industrial tech world. I've lived the tension between ambition and authenticity, between structure and soul. That's why I coach: to help others pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.

I coach with depth, presence, and a sharp analytical lens—merging my experience as a technical lead in one of the world's largest industrial companies with my academic background. My process is both human and rigorous. I ask bold questions and hold compassionate space to help clients untangle dilemmas, clarify purpose, and align action with values. I've done this inner work myself, and I walk alongside clients—not above them.
